Really enjoyed our stay, had lovely 2 days overall. The staff was responsive and very helpful, the bathroom was luxury. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic with a good choice of meals to choose from. Had excellent and absolutely incredible location right across the river, near Windrush. And we were right by a supermarket two doors up and shops.

The location was gorgeous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Model Village. What's more, it was not far from the river and town centre, and Bourton-on-the-Water, exactly the center of the village. Amicable and polite employees helped us a lot.

The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with good views and all the food was tasty. The location was excellent right in the centre of the village, just a walking distance from Birdland Wildlife Park. Besides, it was really close to the restaurant downstairs, the area, parking, taxi's and the river.

Very comfortable experience there. Nice place, exceptionally comfortable beds, nice stuff. Very central location right across the river. Close to the centre of the town as well as the Old Bank Rooms which overlooked the bubbling brook. Incredible breakfast with good views and gluten free option, as for instance, worth to decide on it.

The most important was the staff - affable and helpful people. It was in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, and so close to a traditional hedge maze.
